How to Assemble a Beam Trolley

Beam trolleys can be a little intimidating to assemble, that's why we have created this easy video tutorial to give you a helping hand!

  1. Select the side plate that is marked with an "L" and the threaded drop bar that is also marked with "L".

  2. To connect the two parts, turn the bar anti-clockwise.

  3. Hold the second side plate in position and rotate the drop bar to engage the threads.

  4. When the drop bar is turned, the two sides move in and out to adjust to the required width.

  5. Once the side plates are adjusted to the required width, secure them by tightening the lock nuts.
