I was impressed with the speed of the service, I requested a two to three day delivery slot and the jack actually arrived the day after I placed the order. Packaging was spot on; it's unusual to get stuff in a wooden box nowadays but it made all the difference and the contents were well protected. The jack is a good, heavy duty unit and, so far, has done everything asked of it. Thank you, I would recommend both the company and the jack.

The first jack delivered had a slight leak of oil, SLG replaced it as soon as they could, and collected the old one. It does what I wanted it to perfectly, a useful feature is the pump handle can be swung through about 300 degrees so you can operate from anywhere, left or right. Recommended, price is good.
