Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker
SafetyLiftinGear are looking for an experienced delivery driver / warehouse assistant / order picker for our new Glasgow depot to Deliver and collect equipment across the North of England.
This will include helping out in the warehouse, picking orders, packing goods and generally helping out preparing goods for despatch.Other duties include counting stock and assembling new equipment. Driving our Transit pick up the successful applicant will deliver and collect equipment from our customers in a friendly approachable manner.
You will need a good knowledge of these areas and have been driving for at least 3 years along with good literacy skills and fluent in English.Due to the nature of our products applicants will need to be fit and healthy as some of the items can be heavy.This is a great opportunity to join our rapidly expanding team so for the right applicant this can lead to other career opportunities. A fork lifting license would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday plus Overtime so you can expect some early starts.
Lifting Equipment Engineer
SafetyLifinGear specialise in the Supply, hire and service of all types of Lifting and Fall Protection equipment.
Based at our new Glasgow depot the position involves the inspection, repair and testing of all types of Lifting, Materials handling and fall protection products.
The successful applicant would have the ability to fault find, service and repair Electrical and Mechanical lifting equipment and other products such as hydraulic jacks.
The majority of the time the position is workshop based but there will be times when you would be required to work on site at our customers premises and occasional help out with local deliveries.
Previous experience working on Lifting equipment would be an advantage but we will consider applicants with strong electoral and mechanical engineering skills such as tool and plant hire.
Training would be provided on our products.
Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The opportunity for overtime at premium rates.
Customer Service Advisor
SafetyLiftinGear are a rapidly growing specialist supplier of lifting and safety products with locations across the UK.
Based at our Cabot Park head office in Avonmouth we are looking for an experienced Customer service representative.
The main duties would include,
- Handling incoming customer telephone calls
- Help customers with queries regarding orders, payments & deliveries etc.
- Handling customer complaints
- Liaison with carrier companies
- Supporting the sales team as necessary
Any other duties to help us provide outstanding levels of customer service.
Normal hours would be 8:30am - 4:30pm, in return we offer a competitive salary;
