UK Mainland Delivery
How It Works
- Place your order before 3PM for next working day delivery
- Choose pre-12 noon delivery if you need it by midday
- Orders after 3PM: We'll do our best, but cannot guarantee next day
- Subject to stock availability and carrier acceptance
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries run Monday to Friday
We do not deliver on weekends or UK national holidays. We honour delivery dates wherever possible but cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier issues).
Collection Point Deliveries
Important Information
Sometimes carriers deliver to a local pick-up shop (e.g., Post Office, newsagent) instead of your address. This prevents parcels being returned to us.

- Delivery charges are non-refundable for pick-up deliveries
- You must collect within the timeframe stated by the carrier
Returns Policy
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us First
Email returns@safetyliftingear.com or call 0117 9381 600 to request a return code. Do not return items without authorisation. - Receive Your Return Code
We'll email you a unique return code. This must be included with your returned item. - Return Within 14 Days
Send the item back within 📅 14 days from delivery in unused condition with your return code clearly marked. - Refund Processed
Refunds are processed within 💳 7-10 working days of receiving your return.
Returns Conditions
- Items must be in unused condition (unopened, undamaged)
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- A restocking fee may apply for certain products
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Returns Without Authorisation
Items returned without a return code will be rejected. Always contact us first before sending anything back.
Made-to-Order Products (Non-Returnable)
Custom Products Cannot Be Returned
The following items are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Chain slings (all configurations)
- Chain blocks (custom specifications)
- Pump lifting chains
- Wire rope slings (made to measure)
Double-check all measurements and specifications before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom products.
