Terms and Conditions

By submitting photos through this form, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions:

1. How to Enter

To enter, participants must use this form to submit a photo(s) showing a Safety Liftin Gear product "in use." Submissions that meet this requirement will be entered into the competition.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to customers aged 18 or over.

Employees of Safety Liftin Gear and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize

The winner will receive an Amazon voucher to the value stated in the competition promotion. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Permission to Use Your Photos

By submitting a photo, you grant Safety Liftin Gear the absolute, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, or distribute your submitted photos:

• In any format (digital, print, social media, advertising, website, packaging, etc.)
• For any business-related purpose, including marketing, promotion, and product education
• Without requiring additional permission, notice, or compensation

By submitting an entry, you consent to Safety Liftin Gear contacting you in relation to your submitted photographs, including for clarification, editorial use, or promotional opportunities, irrespective of prize outcome.

5. Rights

By submitting your photos, you:

• Waive any right to inspect or approve how the photos are used
• Waive any royalties or payment associated with their use
• Confirm that you own the photos and have the right to grant these permissions
• Confirm that anyone identifiable in the photos has consented to being photographed and included

6. Ownership

You retain ownership of your photos, but you grant Safety Liftin Gear the rights listed above. These rights are irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once the photos are submitted.

7. Safety & Legal Requirements

You confirm that your photos:

• Do not depict unsafe, illegal, or hazardous behaviour
• Do not contain confidential or sensitive workplace information
• Do not contain copyrighted material owned by others

8. Winner Selection & Notification

By submitting photos, you consent to being contacted via email regarding the competition.

The competition will close on 13/08/26, and no entries will be accepted after this date.

The winner will be selected based on the quality and relevance of the submitted in-use image(s), including factors such as creativity, clarity, and how effectively the product is showcased in a real-world application.

The selected winner will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Safety Liftin Gear reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Not winning a prize does not affect Safety Liftin Gear's rights to use the submitted photos.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided for the competition will only be used for prize administration and as outlined in the Safety Liftin Gear Privacy Policy.

Entrants consent to their name or social media handle being used in winner announcements.

10. General Terms

Safety Liftin Gear may amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

By submitting an entry, participants confirm they accept these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
