Terms and Conditions

By submitting photos through this form, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions:

1. How to Enter

To enter, participants must use this form to submit a photo(s) showing a SafetyLiftinGear product "in use." Submissions that meet this requirement will be entered into a prize draw.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to customers aged 18 or over.

Employees of SafetyLiftinGear and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Permission to Use Your Photos

By submitting a photo, you grant SafetyLiftinGear the absolute, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, or distribute your submitted photos:

• In any format (digital, print, social media, advertising, website, packaging, etc.)
• For any business-related purpose, including marketing, promotion, and product education
• Without requiring additional permission, notice, or compensation

4. Rights

By submitting your photos, you:

• Waive any right to inspect or approve how the photos are used
• Waive any royalties or payment associated with their use
• Confirm that you own the photos and have the right to grant these permissions
• Confirm that anyone identifiable in the photos has consented to being photographed and included

5. Ownership

You retain ownership of your photos, but you grant SafetyLiftinGear the rights listed above. These rights are irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once the photos are submitted.

6. Safety & Legal Requirements

You confirm that your photos:

• Do not depict unsafe, illegal, or hazardous behaviour
• Do not contain confidential or sensitive workplace information
• Do not contain copyrighted material owned by others

7. Winner Selection & Notification

By submitting photos, you consent to being contacted via email regarding the prize draw.

Winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, SafetyLiftinGear reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Not winning a prize does not affect SafetyLiftinGear's rights to use the submitted photos.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided for the competition will only be used for prize administration and as outlined in the SafetyLiftinGear Privacy Policy.

Entrants consent to their name or social media handle being used in winner announcements.

9. General Terms

SafetyLiftinGear may amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

By submitting an entry, participants confirm they accept these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
