Inspection and Warranty Assessment

All returned items are subject to technical inspection by a Safety Liftin Gear engineer.

Where required, the product may be returned to the original manufacturer or factory for further evaluation.

Following inspection, Safety Liftin Gear will determine whether the claim qualifies under warranty.

If the claim is validated, Safety Liftin Gear may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product or defective components
  • Issue a credit or refund where appropriate

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply where inspection identifies damage or faults caused by:

In certain circumstances, and subject to management approval, Safety Liftin Gear may provide a temporary replacement solution.

Where appropriate, a hire unit may be supplied under standard hire terms and conditions.
