Newsletter Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit their email address through the Safety Liftin Gear newsletter giveaway form.

No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person and email address is permitted in each monthly draw.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Safety Liftin Gear, Tacklestore Limited, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize

One winner will be selected each month and will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon or Amazon.co.uk.

4. Promotional Period

The prize draw runs monthly. Each monthly draw opens at 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 23:59 on the final day of that calendar month.

Entries received after the closing time will be entered into the following month’s draw, provided the prize draw is still running.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 5 working days of the closing date.

The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of selection.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Safety Liftin Gear reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Safety Liftin Gear may ask the winner to provide proof of age, identity and UK residency before awarding the prize.

Safety Liftin Gear’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Privacy & Marketing

Personal information provided for this prize draw will be used to administer the competition and contact the winner, in line with the Safety Liftin Gear Privacy Policy.

Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing emails from Safety Liftin Gear. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

The winner’s surname and county may be made available on request for 30 days following the relevant monthly closing date. Requests, or objections to this disclosure, should be sent to Dataprotection@safetyliftingear.com .

7. General Terms

Safety Liftin Gear is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received due to technical failure or any other reason outside its reasonable control.

Safety Liftin Gear reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, incomplete, automated or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Safety Liftin Gear may amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
