The service was excellent . From order to delivery took less than 3 days. The product description equally excellent with good clear instructions and a parts diagram sent with the hoist . In service , it works beautifully and has lifted a 200kg engine and gearbox with consummate ease .I am absolutely delighted with the hoist and at the price, utterly unbeatable value for money , especially as the quality of construction and finish is to a very high standard.
