MOD6 6tonne Spreader Beam

Modular Spreader Beams provide the ideal solution for most lifting requirements - versatile and cost-effective

The modular configuration and interchangeable components enable these Spreader Beams to be reused over many lists

The MOD6 Spreader Beam consists of 1x pair of 200mm End Units and Drop Links, 2x 4.75ton Alloy Bow Shackles and 2x 3.25ton Alloy Bow Shackles, with intermediate struts that can be bolted into the assembly to achieve different spans (MAX SPAN OF BEAM AT 6TONNE = 3.6MTRS)

MOD12 - BEAM SPECIFICATION

• Rated at 6tonne SWL at 3.6mtr span (30° 'Sling to Vertical' angle). See Load Table for WLL at longer spans
• For 45° 'Sling to Vertical' angle - please see loading chart for SWL
• End Units & Drop Links are rated at 3tonnes WLL each (12tonnes combined capacity)
• Bolt tightening torque: 60Nm.  Spanner size required: 17mm
• Recommended additional equipment: Torque Wrench, Podger Spanner and Ring Spanner
• Fully certified and tested
• Used by many of the leading Rental and Crane Hire companies
