HYDRAJAWS MODEL 2050 MID-HEAVY DUTY ANCHOR PULL TESTER

Hydrajaws Model 2050 Mid-Heavy Duty Fixing Testers enable engineers to confirm the holding power of anchors in most construction materials, either for the purpose of establishing safe working loads or to validate the correct installation of existing fixings.  The tensile load of up to 50Kn is applied to the fixing mechanically and hydraulics are used to register the load through an accurate analogue gauge, making the tester very reliable

The load spreading bridge keeps reaction loads away from the fixing.  Fixings up to M16 may be located directly in the tester, while a variety of adaptors enable a wide range of other types and sizes to be tested

Features and benefits:-

• Increased Gauge Scope - The new Model 2050 tester features a 50kN (5ton) analogue as standard
• Upgraded Engineering - To accommodate the increased load,althougth the main tester is similar in appearance to the Model 2000 tester, many key internal component parts have been upgraded
• Turning Handle - A new turning handle has been developed to accommodate the larger load.  It offers a larger handle for ease of use and features an integrated M24 operating nut for use with a ratchet spanner for operation in confined spaces
• Reinforced Load Spreading Bridge - To sustain a 50kN load a new robust bridge design has been made which is denser in profile.  It features three telescopic legs with pin arrangement in six positions and 30mm of fine adjust at the base

• 50mm of stroke
• Detachable 50kN analogue gauge as standard (Digital Gauge also available)
• 2050 spreading bridge with telescopic legs and hardened pins
• Turning handle with integral 24mm nut
• M12 locking adaptor
• Bolt tester adaptor
• Threaded stud adaptors: M16, M20 and M24
• Threaded button adaptors: M10 and M12
• Slotted button adaptors: 6.5, 8.5, 10.5 and 12.5
• Robust carry case with grab handle
