If you're a regular visitor to the SafetyLiftinGear website, you may have noticed a new feature on our product pages.
That's right - our vast range of lifting equipment and safety gear is now available to hire as well as to buy! This is great news if:
- Your current brief requires a specific piece of equipment that you're unlikely to use again
- Your project's budget does not allow you to purchase the necessary equipment outright
- You don't have room to store your work equipment long-term
We get a lot of enquiries from people looking to hire our products, and so, to make our equipment hire service as straightforward and as accessible as possible, SafetyLiftinGear customers can now specify products and request an equipment hire quotation through our website. Here's what to do:
- Find the product you wish to hire. Try starting in our Lifting Equipment department, or perhaps our Height Safety section.
- Instead of clicking 'Add to Basket' on the product page, click 'Hire Me' instead. This will add the item to your Hire Basket, which is separate from the normal shopping basket.
- Go back to step 1 and repeat until all the products you need are in your Hire Basket.
- Once you've found everything you need, go to the Basket page and check that everything's present and correct.
- Click the 'Enquire' button and enter your details on the enquiry form.
- Click 'Proceed' to send your request to the SLG team.
Once we've received your equipment hire enquiry, we'll get back to you ASAP with a quotation. After that, you'll be able to collect the specified equipment at your nearest SafetyLiftinGear depot - we have locations in Bristol, Bridgwater, Cardiff, Leeds, and both East and West London, so no matter where you're based, you shouldn't have too far to travel!
