New PETZL C72WFA VOLT WIND Harnesses in Stock!

We are happy to announce that we have added yet another high-quality safety harness to our selection, in the form of the C72WFA VOLT WIND by PETZL. This innovative harness is aimed specifically at workers in the wind power industry, and is designed to meet the demands of their work, while maintaining optimum safety and movement.

Thanks to the EASYFIT design of the harness, its first selling point is that it is extremely easy to get into, while also being highly comfortable to wear throughout the day. This is also assisted by the harness' LADDER CLIMB attachment, which allows ventral attachment of the fall-arrest trolley, for continued comfort throughout the progression.

The most useful and innovative of this harness' variety of features, however, are the wear protectors, which are included on the waistbelt and under the dorsal point. This limits strap wear when moving about inside the turbine tower, for lasting and hard-wearing protection against damage, for continued safety.

Expedition 5: Crossing the World's Largest Islands Using PETZL and G-Force Products

Anthony Lambert and Louis Nethercott are two former Royal Marine Commandos who are aiming to set a new world record by traversing Earth's five largest islands (Borneo, Papua New Guinea, Madagascar, Greenland, and Baffin Island) on foot. They're calling this endeavour Expedition 5, as you can probably imagine, it's an absolutely mammoth undertaking that will demand a lot of careful planning, a lot of strength and determination, and - crucially - a good deal of expedition equipment and safety gear.

And that's where we at SafetyLifitnGear come in.

We're pleased to announce that our PETZL products will be among the items Anthony and Louis use to achieve their lofty goal. PETZL, as we've mentioned previously, are a French company specialising in high-quality fall protection and rope access equipment - their extensive product range includes:

Petzl are a French company who specialise in robust and reliable fall protection equipment. Their products are already among the most popular in our Height Safety department, and so it gives us great pleasure to announce that we've just added a selection of new Petzl items to the SafetyLiftinGear website.

Here's a quick run-down of our newest additions...

Petzl Headtorches

This batch of new Petzl products includes no fewer than four high-quality headtorches. These are as follows:
